From Tea, Coffee to Milk and Apples: Nutritionists Recommend the Best Time to Eat Them


Many of us start our mornings with a cup of hot coffee or tea. But it may not be a good, sustainable practice to consume them first thing in the morning, said nutritionist Namami Agarwal, who further added that one should try to end their day with a glass. Milk.
